gfxboot-dbg software package provides tool to test and create graphical boot logos (debug), you can install in your Debian 9 (Stretch) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install gfxboot-dbg
gfxboot-dbg is installed in your system.
Make ensure the gfxboot-dbg package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep gfxboot-dbg *
You will get with gfxboot-dbg package name, version, architecture and description in a table
